Operators can search for customers using a variety of criteria including Contract number, Name, Address, City, Telephone and Transmitter ID. It is also possible to search for records using wildcards.
Key-holders and Action Patterns
Manitou Lite provides multiple phone number fields for customer keyholders (home, business, cellular, and pager) along with individual passcodes and user numbers. This information can then be placed into customized action patterns for alarm events. Each individual event, area, or zone can have a different assigned action pattern.
Schedules
Users can program daily Open/Close schedules for individual customers as well as Test schedules. When applicable, the system will automatically generate alarm events for an unscheduled open/close, late open/close, and test overdue.
Reporting
Manitou Lite provides users with reports that can be generated to the screen, printer, or sent via e-mail. The report selections include signal and activity reports, alarm resolution reports, account status reports, and customer data reports. Each report offers selective filtering and grouping options.
Multi-Receiver Support
Manitou Lite can interface with a variety of popular receivers including the Ademco 685, Bosch (Radionics) 6500/6600, Sur-Gard MLR2, and OH2000.
Notes and Comments
Each customer can have up to 5 free format note sections detailing special instructions, standing procedures, or temporary notes which are displayed on the alarm screen. Additionally, operators can log comments that are stored in the customer’s log detailing event actions.
Maps
Manitou Lite can hold a map for each customer. These maps can be drawn with any external BMP-editor. Alarmed zones are shown on the map when the operator presses the plan button
Customer Activity Log
The event log keeps a complete audit trail of all events. This information is accessible through the customer maintenance and alarm handling screens. All log items are displayed in chronological order (most recent items first) with time/date and user id information.
